Delivery

 

 

All our designs come ready for gifting with packaging including gift boxes, gift pouches, envelopes and gift bags. 

If you would like to send directly to a gift recipient, simply enter your gift message on the shopping cart page and provide their details for the delivery so that we can take care of the rest for you.

Orders placed by midday Monday-Thursday are posted the same day.

United Kingdom

• Standard delivery - free. Royal Mail 24 service with delivery usually made within 1-2 working days. No signature required.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £2.95 or free over £100. Fully tracked and usually delivered the next working day when ordered by midday Monday-Thursday. No signature required.
• Orders include VAT at 20%.

The EU

• Orders for delivery to an EU country can be placed through our Etsy store. 

Rest of the World

• Tracked Airmail - £5. Usually delivered in 5-10 working days and tracked along the way. Parcels may need to be accepted or signed for upon delivery.
• Orders do not include taxes and these, along with any customs charges or processing fees, may be payable by the recipient.

 

Payment
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Kutuu but if for any reason you are not, simply return your order to us within 28 days from the day it is received along with a note of your name and email address enclosed. We advise obtaining a certificate of posting on all returns and a refund will be made by the same method that payment was taken. Unless faulty, we do not refund the costs incurred returning products and bespoke products are non-returnable. Our extended returns policy applies to items purchased between 1st November and 31st December. These may be returned up to 31st January.
